Newly Appointed Board Members
We are pleased to welcome newly appointed board members, Vincent McKay and Mark Harrison!
Mark has first-hand experience of being a user of our online exercise platform. He originally trained as an engineer, and has spent over 20 years in sales and marketing roles working with both small and large global brands developing their sales and strategic partnerships. In 2004 he was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and re-evaluated his career. Acknowledging the importance of exercise he began a project to motivate people with disabilities to keep active, he launched Triple Tread, www.tripletread.com., built around a new innovative, patent protected and desirable trike. His commercial, technical, creative and entrepreneurial knowledge along with his personal experience will be of great value to our board.
Vincent qualified as an Occupational Therapist has over 25 years experience in the higher education sector, including senior management and leadership roles. Through such roles he brings a breadth of experience in educational programme development and enhancement and successful knowledge transfer and business development both in the UK and internationally. Having recently retired, we look forward to working closely with Vincent when he is not on the golf course!
